What are the limits on income for the new plan to get rid of student loan debt?

 In a recent announcement, the Biden administration stated that they will forgive the student loan debt of nearly 800,000 people, totaling $39 billion. This help arrives after Joe Biden's broader effort to reduce student loan debt was struck down by the Supreme Court.
